Your Mission: 

As a Solution Consultant you’ll guide our clients through the implementation of sales technology, ensuring it aligns with their needs and enhances their commercial processes. Your expertise will support teams in embracing change and making the most of their solutions. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Analyze client sales dynamics to tailor our tech for maximum impact. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for the adoption of our solutions. 
  • Lead client teams through the tech learning curve, turning complexity into simplicity. 
  • Support and educate client teams, making technology approachable and user-friendly. 
  • Address technical queries with understanding and efficiency. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of technology integration, making client-driven adjustments. 
  • Collaborate with our strategy consultants and sales teams, turning client feedback into great offerings 

What It Takes: 

  • 1-3 year experience in tech/SaaS implementation. A plus if this in the sales / CRM domain.  
  • Bonus points if you have a background as a Sales Development Represetative or Sales Operations.  
  • Experience with Sales Engagement platforms is a plus. 
  • Good understanding of sales processes, from marketing to customer success. 
  • Exceptional communicator—making tech terms as understandable as day-to-day lingo. 
  • Problem-solving enthusiast, ready to address customer specific questions. 
  • Organized and attentive, capable of managing multiple projects with care. 
  • An eager learner, continuously seeking knowledge in the tech space. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, and based in The Netherlands.
